Custody an issue in the case of baby found in Jacksonville dumpster
On Thursday, October 9, a Morgan County judge ruled the state department of Children and Family Services could move the newborn baby left in a Jacksonville, Illinois, trash bin to a different foster home.
Note: They should give the kid to the grandmother.
