Police: Man posed as doctor to file false DCF complaints
A 22-year-old city man, previously arrested for filing a false police report accusing his estranged wife's teenage sister of vandalizing his car, was arrested for again menacing the teen Friday by filing false complaints with the Department of Children and Families.
