The state’s judicial disciplinary commission reprimanded a Solano County judge Wednesday for using abusive language to parents in family court — calling one father “stupid and thuggish,” for example, while telling a couple that if they didn’t change their ways, they “might as well have (their daughter) walking the streets as a hooker.”
