Arizona child safety-agency may loosen rules on investigations

The Department of Child Safety may not see every child’s named in reports to the state’s child-abuse hotline, according to a proposed rule that would guide the agency’s action.

Note: only a year and a half after the state went into total panic mode over 6000 cases that they skipped.
